What Compass is

Compass is an AI-powered business strategy and budget planning tool. It generates personalised reports based on information you provide about your business.

Compass is a planning tool, not a licensed financial advisor, accountant, or tax agent. The outputs it produces are for strategic planning purposes only and should not be treated as professional financial, legal, or tax advice.

Payment terms

Compass offers two pricing tiers:

• Strategy Sprint — $99 AUD (one-time) — A single intake session producing a complete strategy and budget report. This is a one-off payment with no recurring charges.
• Growth — $149 AUD per month — Ongoing access with monthly strategy refreshes, budget reforecasting, and priority updates. Billed monthly. Cancel anytime.

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Refund policy

• Sprint: No refunds once your report has been generated. If you experience a technical issue that prevents report generation, contact us and we will resolve it or issue a refund at our discretion.
• Growth: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are provided.

The reports, budgets, strategies, KPIs, and other outputs generated by Compass are produced by artificial intelligence based on the information you provide. They are intended for planning and discussion purposes only.

Compass outputs:

• Are not a substitute for advice from a qualified accountant, financial advisor, or business consultant
• Should not be relied upon as the sole basis for major financial decisions, loan applications, or investment choices
• May contain inaccuracies — the quality of outputs depends on the accuracy of your inputs
• Are not audited, verified, or guaranteed

We strongly recommend reviewing your Compass report with a qualified professional before acting on its recommendations. Compass and its operators accept no liability for decisions made based on its outputs.

Intellectual property

Your data is yours. All business information, financial data, and other content you enter into Compass remains your property. You grant Compass a limited licence to process this data solely for the purpose of generating your report.

Compass owns the platform. The Compass software, design, branding, report templates, AI prompts, and all related intellectual property are owned by Compass and its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.

Your generated PDF report is yours to use, share, print, and distribute as you see fit for your business purposes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Compass will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
